About Lacey Raines

 Hi, I’m Lacey — a Midwestern heart now anchored in the Arizona desert, where the sun, spirit, and silence have helped me come home to myself. Since I was young, I’ve felt the pull toward the mystical — drawn to the unseen, the magical, and the sacred. I was the child collecting crystals, reading spell books, and writing my own stories of magic and meaning.

But my true spiritual awakening came through life’s initiations — the loss of both of my parents at a young age, a divorce that deeply reshaped my path, and a series of quiet reckonings that invited me to peel back every layer of who I thought I was. It was through this unraveling that I found my true alignment.

My journey into spiritual sovereignty has been one of shadow work, self-inquiry, and radical remembrance. I’ve learned to meet myself in the dark, to love what I once rejected, and to walk forward not in perfection, but in presence. This process of unbecoming taught me what real freedom feels like: living as my whole, authentic self — no masks, no performance, just truth.

No matter where my path has led, it has always carried me back to my true purpose: helping others grow and bring their visions to life.

Professionally, I’ve always had a gift for creating clarity out of chaos. My path began in tech — immersed in the world of websites, SEO, and design — while working late nights as a bartender. Eventually, I transitioned into leadership, serving as VP of Operations for a storage company, managing systems, people, and growth with a mix of logic and heart. But even then, I knew I was meant for something more soulful.

While I valued every lesson along the way, entrepreneurship has always lived at the heart of who I am. I wanted to use my skills to uplift other small businesses, helping them grow with clarity and purpose. So I founded Divine Flow Digital, a boutique digital marketing company dedicated to supporting soulful entrepreneurs.

Today, I am honored to serve as the Strategic Architect for The Diantha Rose Collective — a role that feels more like a calling than a title. Here, I get to do what I love most: build with intention, lead with heart, and bring soulful visions into tangible form. It is the greatest gift to walk beside women who are deeply rooted in purpose and to contribute to work that is truly transformational.
