Appointment Policies

We ask for at least 72 hours' notice, as a courtesy, if you need to  reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your payment toward a future appointment if you provide at least 72 hours' notice. Please understand that this is our income and how we provide for our families. Reasonable notice gives us ample time to offer your appointment slot to someone else reducing our downtime and loss.

*In case of emergencies contact us and we will discuss case by case a resolution.

Diantha Rose and employees of The Diantha Rose Collective will make reasonable accommodations for late arrivals (ie: providing as much as we can for the session within the time remaining) as we understand things happen. If your session happens to be shortened due to a late arrival, the cost of the session remains the same and will not be discounted to match time spent. If we feel your late arrival will not permit the session to go on as planned we must cancel your session in order to keep on schedule for others that have appointments following yours. If your session is canceled due to a late arrival that does not permit seeing you, the payment will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule a future appointment.

Refunds are only given if Diantha Rose or employess of The Diantha Rose Collective are unable to meet your scheduled session. In the event that Diantha Rose or employess of The Diantha Rose Collective are ill or experiencing an emergency and must cancel your session you will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through diantharose.com, and/or communicating with Diantha Rose or any employess of The Diantha Rose Collective in any fashion you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

*You are 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

*100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

*Any information, communication, and/or consultations with Diantha Rose or employees of The Diantha Rose Collective in person or via the website are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

*No Session or Reading given by Diantha Rose or employees of The Diantha Rose Collective in person, over the phone, via the website or through text is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, and/or psychological.

*Diantha Rose, the employees of The Diantha Rose Collective and diantharose.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Diantha Rose or employees of The Diantha Rose Collective.

*You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Diantha Rose, employees of The Diantha Rose Collective and diantharose.com, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

All materials, content, and intellectual property created by or derived from Diantha Rose and The Diantha Rose Collective are the exclusive property of Diantha Rose LLC.

These materials are protected by copyright law and subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

No reproduction, distribution, disclosure, or use is permitted without prior written authorization from Diantha Rose or duly authorized representatives of The Diantha Rose Collective.
