Appointment Policies

By booking through the diantharose.com website, calendly scheduling site or on the phone with Diantha Rose you are authorizing your credit card to be charged a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit toward the service scheduled. Remaining balance will be due at the time of service. (ie: Private Medium Session cost $250.00, deposit collected $50.00, $20.00 remains due at time of service.)

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice, as a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit toward a future appointment if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Please understand that this is my income and how I provide for my families. Reasonable notice gives me ample time to offer your appointment slot to someone else reducing my downtime and loss.

Diantha Rose will make reasonable accommodations for late arrivals (ie: providing as much as I can for the session within the time remaining) as I understand things happen. If your session happens to be shortened due to a late arrival the cost of the session remains the same and will not be discounted to match time spent. If I feel your late arrival will not permit the session to go on as planned I must cancel your session in order to keep on schedule for others that have appointments following yours. If your session is canceled due to a late arrival that does not permit seeing you, the deposit will be forfeited and you will need to provide a new deposit to schedule a future appointment.

Refunds are only given if Diantha Rose is unable to meet your scheduled session. In the event that Diantha Rose is ill or experiencing an emergency and must cancel your session you will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full deposit refund.

By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through diantharose.com, and/or communicating with Diantha Rose in any fashion you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

*You are 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

*100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

*Any information, communication, and/or consultations with Diantha Rose in person or via the website are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

*No Session or Reading given by Diantha Rose in person, over the phone, via the website or through text is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, and/or psychological.

*Diantha Rose and diantharose.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Diantha Rose.

*You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Diantha Rose and diantharose.com, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from Diantha Rose, Owner and Publisher.

You may save, copy and reshare any content found on any Social Media platform of @thediantharose without any prior written/verbal permission.
