Diantha is the heart and compass of The Diantha Rose Collective. As the visionary behind the work, she leads with depth, truth, and devotional clarity — holding sacred space for transformation, deconstruction, and the return to Self.
Her work is an invitation: to shed inherited conditioning, reconnect to their soul's purpose, and embody the truth of who they are. Through a unique blend of spiritual teaching, soul storytelling, and energetic mastery, Diantha carries the transmission of the work from vision to embodiment — from idea to lived experience.
She is the face and the fire of the Collective. The keeper of its frequency. The steady hand that ensures all offerings — seen and unseen — remain in right relationship with the sacred.
Kathy Marie Austin
Resident Astrologer & Cosmic Guide
Kathy brings grounded wisdom and soulful presence to every layer of The Diantha Rose Collective. As our Resident Astrologer and Voice of the Collective Blog, she serves as both interpreter of the stars and translator of the soul — helping each individual reconnect with their authentic path.
In her natal chart sessions, Kathy offers more than insight — she holds space for remembering. With intuitive precision and compassionate clarity, she guides others through the rhythms of their chart, their cycles of healing, and the cosmic lessons asking to be embodied.
Her role weaves together the seen and unseen. Through written reflections, one-on-one sessions, and future teachings, Kathy supports both the energetic and emotional integration of the work — helping each client feel held, empowered, and awakened to who they truly are.
Lacey Raines
Director of Strategic Development & Collective Experience
Lacey holds a rare and vital duality within The Diantha Rose Collective — one hand on the pulse of what’s emerging, and the other grounded in what’s being lived. As Director of Strategic Development & Collective Experience, she bridges the energetic vision of our work with the systems, support, and soul it takes to bring that vision into form.
Her presence lives in both the background and the circle — helping design and support the flow of workshops, client journeys, and group experiences, while also attuning to what wants to come next.
With deep intuition and structural clarity, Lacey ensures that what we create is not only beautiful and true, but sustainable. She helps hold the long arc of the Collective’s evolution, while staying close to the heart of each experience we offer.
